Assign a role to an avatar

If you want to give a certain attendee a fixed location among the other attendees, you can assign a role to this avatar. 

This can be convenient if you want one of your speakers or your CEO to stand out more.

Follow the next steps:

• Go to the dashboard
• Select the event that you want to configure
• Go to 'rooms'
• Click on the 'visual editor icon' of the room in which you want to edit your avatar positions
• Select 'locations' under 'avatar display style' (below in the viusal editor) 
• Select one of the avatars 
• Choose the location and size of this avatar
• Select a role on the left side 
• Press 'save'

Important: if you assign roles to avatars, then you have to make sure that these persons have been assigned the right roles via your user management. 

Important: if you want this person to have a specific avatar, then you first need to upload an avatar and then assign this avatar to this person.
