There exist three different platform roles within Thola: admin, organisation owner and attendee.
Admin
Admin users have full access to the dashboard of all organisations with a Thola license. This access allows them to offer support before and during the event. This role can only be assigned to Thola team members.
Organisation owner
An organisation owner has access to the dashboard of all events that are created within his/her organisation. You can have multiple organisation owners per organisation.
Attendee
An attendee can log into the event but will not have access to the dashboard.
Important: all users, regardless their role, need to be registerered in order for them to join the event
