Upload new media or PDF files

Next to using our standard assets, you can also upload your own media files.

How to upload new files

Follow the next steps: 

• Go to the dashboard
• Select the event for which you want to add new media
• Go to the media library
• Select 'upload media'
• Choose to which level you want to add this media 
• Select the file(s) you want to upload
• Select 'upload media'

Important: the filename of your media cannot be changed once it has been uploaded

Allowed files in media library

Our media library allows images (PNG, JPEG and GIF files) and PDF files with a maximum size of 2 megabytes.
