In case your user cannot find his/her invitation e-mail, you can always resend the e-mail.
Follow the next steps:
- Go to the dashboard
- Select the right event
- Go to 'users'
- Type the name of the user in the search bar
- Click on the person's name
- Scroll down and select '(re)send invite'
Important: if you have chosen to work with a one click login, then the users will receive a new URL when you're resending an invite. This means that the first one click login will be deactivated.
