(Re)send an invitation

In case your user cannot find his/her invitation e-mail, you can always resend the e-mail.


Follow the next steps:

  • Go to the dashboard
  • Select the right event
  • Go to 'users'
  • Type the name of the user in the search bar
  • Click on the person's name
  • Scroll down and select '(re)send invite' 
Important: if you have chosen to work with a one click login, then the users will receive a new URL when you're resending an invite. This means that the first one click login will be deactivated.
