Once your event is live, you can follow up closely the statistics of your event. This data is fully GDPR-compliant. 


How to see the live analytics

  • Go to the dashboard
  • Select the event of which you want to see the live statistics
  • Go the 'analytics'


What information is included

  • How many attendees were registered 
  • How many of your registered attendees actually participated in in the event 
  • In which rooms your attendees find themselves
  • How many meeting requests have been accepted, rejected or canceled
  • How many attendees are present in your meetings
  • How many business cards are dropped and at which organisations
  • How many meetings have been scheduled
  • How many conversation took place
  • How many chat messages were sent 
Important: the live analytics can only be refreshed once every minute
