Send out broadcast chat

Another option that you can use to inform your attendees, is by sending out a "broadcast chat. 

This message can be send out by Thola staff, organisation owners or event managers and it will appear like a chat message. 

Follow the next steps to send out a broadcast chat:

• Go to the dashboard
• Select the event in which you want to send out a broadcast chat
• Go to announcements
• Select 'broadcast chat'
• Type in your message
• Select high priority if you want to display it as a pop-up message in the middle of the screen of your users
